Carolyn Schlee joined Park Plaza Nursing Home in March 2007 having had over 30 years of experience in the healthcare field including a background in accounting and operations management.

Volunteers: A Nursing Home Resident - Community Liaison
The Volunteers at Park Plaza provide an important link between the community and residents. Many of our volunteers are involved because they have special talents and skills to contribute.
Skilled Nursing Services: IV Therapy
IV therapy may be prescribed for people who are dehydrated, who need antibiotic therapy, who are unable to eat regular food and need a special nutritional formula or for other medical conditions.
24/7 Licensed Nursing Care: Adult DayCare
Adult DayCare is designed to meet the needs of people with disabilities or other special needs for shorter periods of time. The services are offered in a protective setting during any part of the day, but less than twenty-four hours per day.
On-site Therapy and Rehabilitation Services
Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Speech Therapy, Restorative Therapy
Hospice
Hospice is a program designed to provide comfort and support to patients and their families when a life-limiting illness no longer responds to cure oriented treatments.
